Return Policy: If your merchandise arrives broken or damaged, contact us immediately so that we can file a claim with UPS. UPS will pick up the return package, which must be made in its original box with its original packaging. We'll send you a replacement at no expense to you. If no replacement is available, we'll send you a full refund of your purchase.
If you find your merchandise to be defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send you a return authorization number, and a prepaid shipping label will be mailed to you. Send back only the part that is defective. After the defective part is inspected, we'll send you a replacement part at no expense to you. This return policy does not apply to international customers, please contact us for that information.
