We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with our products. All of our bounce houses come with a 60-day limited warranty*, and blowers come with a one-year limited warranty.
* Please note that our warranty is only valid for normal use not for rental or other commercial use.
Returns If your merchandise arrives broken or damaged, contact us immediately so that we can file a claim with UPS. UPS will pick up the return package, which must be made in its original box with its original packaging. We'll send you a replacement at no expense to you. If no replacement is available, we'll send you a full refund of your purchase.
If you find your merchandise to be defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send you a return authorization number, and a prepaid shipping label will be mailed to you. Send back only the part that is defective. After the defective part is inspected, we'll send you a replacement part at no expense to you. Return policy is not applied for international customers, please contact us for information.
Customers returning materials for any other reason will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus shipping both ways(including the way that we shipped to you). Please contact us for details and an authorization number.
Because of the high cost of shipping, this return policy is different for any orders placed outside the continental United States. For these areas, the buyer is responsible for shipping and any other fees for returns and replacements.
