We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with our products. All of Bounceland's bounce houses come with a 30-90 day limited warranty*. Blowers come with a one-year limited warranty. All Kidwise products comes with 30 days warranty.
* Please note that our warranty is only valid for normal use not for rental or other commercial use. Tears or punctures not related to manufacturing defect are not covered.
Returns
If your merchandise arrives broken or damaged, contact us immediately so that we can file a claim with UPS. UPS will pick up the return package, which must be made in its original box with its original packaging. A replacement part will be sent at no extra charge. If no replacement is available, you will receive a full refund of your purchase.
Tears or punctures not related to manufacturing defect are not covered. You will be given a return authorization number, and a prepaid shipping label will be mailed to you. Send back only the part that is defective. After the defective part is inspected, a replacement part will be sent at no extra charge. Return policy does not apply for international, Hawaii and Alaska customers, please contact us for information.
Customers returning materials for any other reason will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus shipping both ways (including original shipment to customer). Please contact us for details and an authorization number.
Because of the high cost of shipping, this return policy is different for any orders placed outside the continental United States. For these areas, the buyer is responsible for all shipping and other fees on any returns or replacements.
