Shipping FAQ
- Q: What's the estimated shipping time?
A: Orders will be shipped out within 24-48 hours. Shipping to the West Coast takes approximately 4 business days, Midwest 1-2 business days, South 3 business days, and East Coast 2-3 business days. For details, see the UPS map below.
- Q: Are shipping charges included in the price of my purchase?
A: Yes, our prices include shipping to U.S. continental destinations. However, shipping to Hawaii and Alaska requires a rate check. Please contact us for any special shipping needs.
- Q: Do you ship to destinations other than the U.S. domestic locations?

- Q: What kind of shipping methods do you use?
A: We normally ship by UPS Ground.Â
- Q: Can you ship to APO/FPO or P.O. boxes?
A: UPS does not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. AK and HI will cost extra.
- Q: How will I know when my order has been shipped?
A: After UPS picks up your order from our warehouse, we will email you the same day to let you know your order has been shipped. UPS's Quantum ViewSM shipping system will also send you an email with your UPS tracking number by the end of that same day.
To track your UPS shipment (tracking numbers begin with "1Z"), call 1-800-782-7892 or visit www.ups.com. Contact us if you do not receive an email confirmation. Please include your name and order number with your inquiry.
- Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it without any charge. If your order has already been shipped, you'll be responsible for shipping charges both ways as well as a 20% restocking fee.

- Q: What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards through our website. We also accept payment through PayPal, as well as money orders, cashier's checks or personal checks (10- to 14-day holding period to clear).
If you'd like to pay via check or money order, please contact us and we'll email you instructions on how to do so. We will process your order as soon as we receive your payment, and will send you an email confirmation.
- Q: Will I be charged sales tax?
A: Only customers in Illinois will be charged a sales tax of 7%.
Return Policy FAQ
- Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with our products. All of our bounce houses come with a 30-90 day limited warranty(Kidwise product comes with only 30 days warranty), all blowers come with a one-year limited warranty.
If your merchandise arrives broken or damaged, contact us immediately so that we can file a claim with UPS. UPS will pick up the return package, which must be made in its original box with its original packaging. We'll send you a replacement at no expense to you. If no replacement is available, we'll send you a full refund of your purchase.
Tears or punctures not related to manufacturing defect are not covered. You will be given a return authorization number, and a prepaid shipping label will be mailed to you. Send back only the part that is defective. After the defective part is inspected, a replacement part will be sent at no extra charge. Return policy does not apply for international, Hawaii and Alaska customers, please contact us for information.
Customers returning materials for any other reason will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus shipping both ways (including original shipment to customer). Please contact us for details and an authorization number.
Because of the high cost of shipping, this return policy is different for any orders placed outside the continental United States. For these areas, the buyer is responsible for all shipping and other fees on any returns or replacements.
- Q: Why is there a restocking fee?
A: This is an operations fee, which we charge due to the fact that our staff must inspect and repack the item for reselling.

- Q: How can I pick the right bounce house for my family?
A: When shopping for a bounce house, you can start by checking out the specifications (weight limit, materials) and features of our different models. All of our products are of the finest-quality design, material and workmanship.
- Q: We heard some minor hissing sounds coming from our bouncer's seams. Is this normal?
A: This is very normal. All Inflatables are designed to release air pressure through the seams and material.  It is normal to feel or hear air escaping or see bubbles in water parks.  Pin holes are a normal part of the manufacturing process, and are not cause for concern.
- Q: Are residential bounce houses safe? Can adults go in and jump with the kids?
A: There are safety guidelines printed on each bounce house. Children will be safe as long as these rules are followed.
1. Attend the unit at all times while in use.
2. DO NOT allow children ages 3 and under into the unit.
3. DO NOT exceed the maximum ride capacity at any time.
4. No shoes, sharp objects, or jewelry in the bouncing area.
5. Stake down the unit when using outdoors.
6. Check unit for tears or holes that will cause the unit to deflate.
The manufacturer suggests a maximum weight and an individual maximum weight. However, if parents go in and take pictures not jumping, it should be ok. The quality of our bouncers make it possible for the manufacturer's recommendations to be stretched a bit.

- Q: Can I use your residential bouncers for rental?
A: Our residential bouncers are not for commercial use. However, many of our customers have successfully used them for rental, a testament to their quality. If used for business, our warranty will not cover. There is a small print on bounce house " not for commercial use".
- Q: Is my bouncer repairable?
A: Yes! A repair kit and instructions are included in each package. You can repair your bouncer by patching or sewing it.
